I saw a bunch of tiktoks on this book before I started reading and thought this was going to be a regular mafia book but no. Elijah isn't the man I thought he would be, and he continued to change being with Snow, but he still stayed a total alpha that liked things rough and dirty! Life hasn’t always been kind to Montana, but each of the challenges she has faced she has turned into a positive outcome, and has made her want to achieve her dream that much more. For example, we know that he has known her and stalked her since the moment they met 10 years ago, but the author, [as far as I could tell] never said his age aside from he was 7 when he had his hand burnt by his father with a toy truck for daring to try and have a childhood.I came across Fall of Snow purely by accident but after reading some reviews though i would give it a try.

I am not a huge fan of mafia anything because as a genre anything mafia related is notorious for its degrading treatment of women as such I would expect the male characters to be deeply flawed. Snow gets the chance to show her family that she’s not the disgrace of the family or the wild child, she’s a strong independent woman and knows what she wants and her family is about to see her stand her ground. It is very dark in places and SA is used by Elijah which to some could be triggering, also the level of control and dominance from Elijah was very extreme which again could be triggering and was hard to read .Grant it the book didn’t start with Snow falling for Elijah right off the bat, but I literally couldn’t put it down. It is very clear that we are also touching on the influence of family on our behaviour and our acceptance of what is normal or not normal. And when the villain was revealed,I laughed out loud so much,it literally felt like comedy instead of a thriller.

The fmc's sister thought it would be such a great idea,when they were literally in proper lockdown because of the fmc being shot and having a target on her back to go on a drive to meet the hero,just because the fmc was laying in bed for too long as she was having withdrawal symptoms from being away from hero🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️. There is a twist that will have your jaw hanging open, and the end well the ending will leave you wanting more.
